clang support in pkgsrc

Hi!

I have committed some compiler definitions for clang, so now we can
use it as a pkgsrc compiler.

Just set in mk.conf:

PKGSRC_COMPILER= clang f2c

And you are done (it will be installed automatically).
You may need to rebuild f2c/libtool-base/imake and who
knows what else.

Report any problems or suggestions.
